The HIV Services Network came into existence in Spring 2000 in response
to a growing demand for improved co-operation and skills development amongst those working within
the HIV sector in Ireland. The Network is open to any individual or agency providing services to those affected by HIV.
In May 2001 the Network organised a conference aimed at highlighting the work of HIV services countrywide. One outcome from the
day was a request from participants for a Directory of HIV Services.

The aim of this Directory is to provide an information and referral tool for professionals working in the field of HIV
and Sexual Health and for HIV positive individuals, supplying clear and accurate information on services available. These services have been listed
into different regions and these regions are accessable through the HSN route map. Just click on the region upon which you wish to attain information.
