Payments and Cancellation Policy – Training Fees
HIV Ireland operates a payments and cancellation policy for all training requested and booked where a training/course fee applies.
Training Payments Policy
All agreed training/course fees should be paid at least one week in advance of the scheduled training, where possible and reasonably practicable, or on receipt of an invoice.
For individual bookings via Eventbrite services, payment must be made when registering for the training.
Training Cancellation Policy
- Training bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of the training and full refunds will apply if the training/course fee has been paid.
- Training cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date of the training will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the training/course fee, and will not receive a refund.
- Those who fail to attend training as scheduled will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the training/course fee, and will not receive a refund.
In the event of cancellation by HIV Ireland for centre-based training, all payments made for the cancelled training, if not re-scheduled, will be refunded in full.
Cancellation fees can be waived in what both parties agree to be exceptional circumstances.
